That almost happened to me. I thought I turned my comp off 1 night, but when I woke up the next morn, it was still on!
I got lucky that it didn't blow up! o__o'
When I said it blew up, I didn't mean the kind with a "BOOM!".
It was an internal shutdown kind of exlposion.
